All my seminars are carefully put together to fit my client’s unique needs.
They range from the classical « work life-balance », to the more dynamic « recharge your batteries ».

According to the different languages and social sensibilities, the titles themselves will vary: « holistic stress management », « equilibrio ed efficacia » (balance and performance) or “ mieux communiquer pour reussir” (better communication for better results) or « Selbstmotivation und Erfolg » (self-motivation and success). The focus of the seminars is to propose techniques and theoretical models that make sense in the professional and cultural environment of the participants. What is appropriate in one context could be outdated or too innovative in another.

The common ground is always to support the participants in accessing their resources at 3 levels: physical, emotional and intellectual.

Waterlogic seminars often link this access to an analysis of the language (problem words, solutions words empowering words), of our inner dialogue (the little voice inside that interprets the facts) and of how we present our ideas to the others.

The seminars are experiential: they put forward the practice and subordinate the theory to the first-hand experience.
To ensure the transfer, after the seminar, participants receive a written summary and a selected bibliography in their working language.

Through the waterlogic approach it is easier to remain faithful to our beliefs and objectives and make the best out of a changing environment.

When appropriate, the seminar is followed by a day of individual coaching sessions. Each participant can further adapt the techniques learnt during the seminar, to his or her own strategies and goals.

This is an example of a 1-day course designed for a company in the South of Europe.
