The heart of my work is coaching people to access more easily their inner centres of calm and power, and use it as a base for daring visions and meaningful actions.
Through my experience, I developed the waterlogic concept and I now use it as a symbol for an integrated and effective way of balancing the demands of their professional and private lives.

The results - increased balance and performance.

Water is one of the few elements that naturally occurs in a solid, liquid and gaseous form. It changes state according to the environment and yet it’s essence stays the same. Water adapts to context, integrates whatever it encounters and finds the path of least resistance to attain its final destination.
Its balance is dynamic and based on the acceptance of changes.
Have you ever experienced your brain « freezing » and you are no longer able to access a fluid state of creativity or active listening? How can you quickly resume a more flowing state of mind and respond to the situation to the best of your abilities?
With waterlogic it is easier to listen and respond to events using all your resources, while staying true to your essence.
Waterlogic focuses specifically on accessing 3 levels of resource: the physical, the emotional and the intellectual.
The synergy of the three dramatically increases the positive outcome of our actions.
The psychologist Edward De Bono describes the logic of water in his book, « I Am Right, You Are Wrong », and contrasts it with rock logic.
Rock logic is a confrontational way of crashing whatever does not fit in with its objectives.
Its balance is static and based on resistance to changes.
The emotional cost of this approach is high and in the long run rock logic depletes its user of energy and strength.
Learning to better access our resources also means to know when to be ice, vapour or water. And enjoy our life through the changes.
