My name is Francesca-Giulia Mereu and I work as a coach and experiential learning consultant to people in leading roles in business, education and research.  I was born in Florence, Italy. I have also lived and worked in Switzerland, Poland, Jordan, England, and France. I hold a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Noticing that certain people go through life with ease while others seem to struggle led me to focus on how people access their inner resources and accept challenges with creativity and self-confidence.

My multicultural background and passion for learning led me to explore a wide range of disciplines and skills. I have qualifications in outdoor learning, experiential education, yoga, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Brain Gym®. During my free time, I dive, draw and clown in hospitals. After years of travelling, I have settled in Switzerland. I have published numerous articles in the Italian press and am currently writing a book on my own coaching approach, which will be published in France by Jouvence éditions in april 2007. My working languages are English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
